- Accounts registered by, or on behalf of, any person who does not meet the eligibility criteria will be closed without notice and any balance may be forfeited.
2 Account Management and Security
- You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. ck444a will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
- You must notify ck444a immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
- ck444a employees and support agents will never ask you for your full password by any communication channel.
- Sharing your account with any third party, or allowing any third party to use your account, is strictly prohibited.
- ck444a reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at any time for operational, security, or compliance reasons, with or without prior notice.
- Accounts that remain inactive for a continuous period of 12 months may be flagged as dormant. ck444a will attempt to contact the account holder using registered contact details before any dormancy fees are applied.
3 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods
- ck444a accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit is ৳200.
- All funds deposited into your ck444a account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously verified and used for a deposit, subject to identity verification requirements being met.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Processing times vary by method: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within 12 hours; card withdrawals may take up to 5 business days.
- ck444a does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.
- ck444a reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player.
- Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once they have been credited to your ck444a account. Contact support immediately if you believe a deposit has been made in error.
- ck444a does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals at this time.
4 Bonuses and Promotions
- All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional rewards are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. Those terms are incorporated into and form part of these general Terms.
- The standard welcome bonus wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise on the promotion page. Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
- Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
- ck444a reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend bonus terms, or cancel a player's participation in any promotion at any time where abuse, fraud, or exploitation of the offer is suspected.
- Game contributions to wagering requirements vary: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games 10%-20%, and sports betting contributions depend on odds and market type. Full contribution schedules are published in the promotions section of the platform.
- Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the time period stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited.
5 Gameplay Rules and Fair Use
- All games offered on the ck444a platform are governed by the rules of the respective game provider. ck444a does not alter the base rules of certified games.
- The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tool that interacts with the platform without human input is strictly prohibited. Detection of such use will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
- Collusion between players — including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated bonus exploitation — is prohibited and may be referred to relevant authorities.
- In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or data transmission failure, all affected bets are void. ck444a will not honour payouts derived from demonstrably erroneous game states.
- Bets placed on sports markets are accepted subject to the maximum stake limits and market suspension rules published within the sportsbook. ck444a reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event's outcome has been determined, regardless of how the bet was accepted.
- In all disputes regarding gameplay outcomes, the ck444a server records constitute the authoritative record. Client-side screenshots or recordings are not accepted as primary evidence.
6 Responsible Gaming
- ck444a is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Players are encouraged to use the deposit limits, session time limits, reality check alerts, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion tools available within their account settings.

8 Limitation of Liability

- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

- By registering an account, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

- ck444a will not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent, except where required to do so by law or for the purposes of processing your transactions.
10 Amendments and Termination
- ck444a reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the contact details held on file, or by prominent notice on the platform, with a minimum of 7 days notice before the changes take effect.
- Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
- You may close your account at any time by contacting ck444a support. Any verified balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to outstanding wagering requirements being voided on a pro-rata basis.
- ck444a may terminate your account immediately and without prior notice where you are found to be in material breach of these Terms, where continued operation of your account poses a legal, financial, or reputational risk to ck444a, or where required to do so by any competent authority.
11 Dispute Resolution
- In the event of a dispute, please contact ck444a support at [email protected] in the first instance. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 10 business days.
- If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the internal process, you may request escalation to a senior review team. Details of the escalation process will be provided at the time of initial complaint acknowledgement.
- These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of applicable commercial law. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes amicably before initiating any formal proceedings.
12 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, any product-specific rules, and any specific bonus or promotion terms published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and ck444a with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether oral or written.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
ck444a's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorised representative of ck444a to be effective.
